There is a mandatory requirement when purchasing these villas to enter into the Rental Pool Agreement. Owners are entitled to occupy their residence for four weeks in any 12 month period. When the villa is not in use it will be placed into the rental pool and purchasers will receive a share of the room profits with the hotel.
