The Two Bedroom Superior Deluxe Villa is a two bedroom residence with two spacious master bathrooms, two living rooms, two private plunge pools and a covered outdoor living room.

The substructure of the Villa is reinforced concrete and stone rubble wall on a strip foundation. The floor is reinforced concrete and the walls are timber. The roof covering is cedar wood shingles, and the drainpipes and gutters are all metal

The window sashes, linings and trims are all cedar hard wood, though the windows are fully glazed. Louvered shutters on the outside act as an external wall and a decorative feature for the Villa. The external and internal doors are all cedar with a combination of some fully glazed. The ironmongery is all stainless steel.

The floor finishes are St. Croix Versace Pattern including the deck and pools.

Soft furnishings include drapes and curtains.

Mechanical systems include Air conditioning in the bedrooms with a ducted system to the bathroom. Electrical Installations includes a water heater and path lighting.
